Services offered:

Childbirth Instruction

12 weeks of classes for the expectant mother and her coach,
covering coach training and prenatal through post-partum health, nutrition,
exercise, labor rehearsals.
- Bradley®
Doula Service
-
Nancy is a trained Bradley® Doula. A doula is an individual who assists
a woman in pregnancy &/or post-partum. she is for support only and does
not take the place of a health care provider. This service is offered on a
limited basis due to Nancy's demanding work schedule. Concurrent attendance
of Bradley childbirth classes is a prerequisite to receiving Doula services
from Nancy. Cost is based on specific services requested. The doula may be
the only support person or she may work along with the expectant mother's
coach.
